Know when AI is involved

Current preview tools are browser-only demonstrations. They do not make a remote AI call, upload files, or create a customer account record.

Before production AI is enabled, each tool will clearly identify when a user is interacting with AI, describe the tool's purpose and known limitations, and remind users to independently review important output. Features that generate or alter media will include appropriate disclosure and provenance controls where required.

Mandyal AI will not use private customer content to train models without separate, explicit permission. The final notice will identify material AI providers, data handling, retention choices, human oversight, and how customers may report a harmful or inaccurate output.

We will not offer AI features for prohibited or high-risk use cases until a dedicated legal, safety, and human-oversight assessment has been completed.
